  1. WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your INBOX, SPAM MAIL, and JUNK MAIL folders. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us, and we'll update you manually.

  1. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

You can find the estimated delivery time on our SHIPPING & DELIVERY page. Usually, your order arrives sooner than expected, but occasionally, delays occur due to factors like weather, transit issues, flight cancellations, local post office policies, and customs.

  1. WHY DOES MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOW AS "NOT FOUND" ON 17TRACK.NET?

After receiving your tracking number, it takes about 5-7 days for processing. Once your package is shipped, the tracking number will be updated on 17track.net, allowing you to monitor its status.

  1. MY TRACKING SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEMS.

Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

4.1. Carefully check your mailbox, including nearby safe places where the package might have been left if the mailbox couldn't hold it. Also, inspect porches and other areas around your property. Check with neighbors and roommates as well.

4.2. If you live in an apartment or managed accommodation, inquire with the management office or reception.

4.3. Contact your local post office as they might be holding the item.

4.4. If needed, review security camera footage around your home. If the items were stolen after being delivered, provide us with the video, and we'll gladly resend your order.

  1. WHY IS MY ITEM HELD BY CUSTOMS?

If your item is held by customs, it might be awaiting your claim. Contact your post office for assistance. After following their guidance, the package will be released and transferred to your local post office.

  1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for specific reasons, such as receiving the wrong item, wrong color, or size due to our error. However, we don't accept returns or refunds solely based on personal preference. All item details are clearly stated on our website.

  1. WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

If you're a company or enterprise customer, we're happy to provide an invoice upon request. Just send us a message, and we'll assist you accordingly.

  1. MY ITEMS ARE TOO LARGE (OR SMALL). WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Follow these steps:

8.1. Check the size tag to ensure it matches your chosen size.

8.2. If the dimensions differ from the size chart, measure the item (bust, length, sleeve, shoulder) and send us images.

8.3. If the dimensions match the size chart but the item doesn't fit, it may be due to not checking the size chart before ordering. Please note that there might be slight measurement differences (1-3cm) due to manual measurement, as stated on the size chart.
