Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies:

  1. RETURNS
  • We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for reasons such as receiving incorrect items, wrong printed objects, or incorrect color and size due to our errors. You must provide photographic evidence of our mistake, especially regarding size discrepancies.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply do not like the item upon receipt. All item details are clearly stated on our website.
  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging or lightly used/opened.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  1. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
  • Refund requests will not be processed if you refuse to receive the items or fail to provide necessary information such as images or videos of the product with mistakes.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Our refund policy lasts for 6 months from the arrival date of the item. After 6 months, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We will notify you via email upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned items.

CANCELLATION

  • If you wish to cancel your order for a refund after the products have been produced but not yet shipped, a processing fee will be charged. The fee depends on the timing of cancellation.
  • Please contact our customer support to confirm your cancellation. Orders will be processed as normal if we do not receive your cancellation request.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, credit card company, and contact your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us.

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

THE ADDRESS USED TO RETURN ITEMS:

  • After confirming the eligibility of your refund and return request via email, including detailed instructions and our return warehouse address, you can send your package to the provided address.
  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
