  1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If your country falls into this category, we will contact you.

Shipping fees:

  • For orders under USD 100: Shipping Fee = USD 3.5 (Standard Shipping)
  • For orders of USD 100 and above: Free standard shipping
  • Expedited Shipping: USD 55
  1. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

  1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. Please note:

  • Estimated delivery does not include our 5-7 days processing time and non-working days (embroidery patterns take longer to create for high-quality products)
  • During peak demand for logistics, shipping may be slower

  • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 days

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped containing your tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

  1. MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5-7 days of receiving it, please contact us.

  1. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve selected combined shipping.
